Happy New Year everyone!!!

I hope everyone is doing good so far in 2004.  Thigs are going pretty good so far for me.  It has been a very enjoyable holiday season and Santa was very good to me this year.

I want to thank J & J for a wonderful time on New Years.  Everyone seem to enjoy themselves and it was nice to be with friends.  So has everyone been true to thier resolutions for 2004 so far?  I have been thinking of mine for this year and need to get going on them.

WOW!

It has been forever since I have written.

Well, as you may have read on Kristie's site, we have made it to the rank of yellow belt in our karate classes.  I love going to class and I am learning a lot of fun and usefull stuff.  We are looking at going to classes every Mon - Wed, Fri & Sat.  This would consist of our normal yellow belt class but we would also be doing the self defense class, Arnis (stick fighting) and Adult Grappling (sparing).  We are pretty excited and love every minute of it.

As for the family, Kre and I are doing really well.  As you all know, Valetines Day is coming fast and I have made some great plans for Thursday night.  We are going to drop Jacob off at our friends and we are going to dinner.  I can't tell you where yet because it is still a suprise for Kre...   I think that she will really enjoy it.

Jacob is growing faster and faster and is crawling all over the place.  He has been picking up speed on those little knees of his and he is getting into everything.

Over all everything is going really well.  I have had some frustrating moments (due to outside sources) but I have been pluging along and trying not to worry about them.  Kre is a great help in this and I love all the support she gives to me.

Hey there...

I thought that I would write for a minute and fill everyone in on what has been happening.

Well to start off with, I am officially part of the 501st.  I have my armor and my trooper number is TD6601.  I have been very excited about this and I really enjoy participating in the events.  My first event was on Halloween when we went to an elementary school and had a blast with the kids.  Then we did the Arizona Mills thing and that was pretty fun.  I can't believe how much attention you get when you walk around.  I saw this a Flagstaff this past weekend when I went up to help with the DVD release at Hastings.  Anyway, I love it and look forward to more activities.

Work has been very busy.  I have been working on budgets, month end closes and we just got rid of the auditors.  I now get to breath for a week... 

Last night I got the chance to sit a watch Kre work on the web site for PFF and I am always fasinated with how she knows the coding.  I have seen this before but it is pretty amazing how she can do all of that and how well she knows it.  I was telling her how I wish I knew more about it, but I don't have the time to sit and play with it like she does.  I had to d something with it at the University of Utah but that was so long a go.  I even believe that Kre helped me with that as well.

Anyway, things have been going pretty good for me.  Jacob is doing really well and we are just amazed at how he is progressing.  He is so sweet and so happy all the time.  We really lucked out with him.

Boy, it has been a long time...

I have been pretty busy at work lately and just haven't felt like writing.  As you may have heard, I had a birthday last week.  Kre and I went out to the Melting Pot for dinner and had a great time.  I really enjoy being with her.  We had some great food and some great conversation.  She is so awsome.

I have been helping her with some costumes this week so that she doesn't get too stressed out.  I hate to see her that way and I hope that I have been a help to her.  I keep asking what I can do to help and she hasn't said much but I have been able to do some things.  I hate when she gets this way so much (and she made the comment last night that after this is all over that she is going to need some time alone to re-group) so I thought tha it would be cool to get her a spa package for a day.  I got her one that includes a European facial, Sweedish massage, Light lunch from Changs, Pedicure, Manicure and a haircut and style.  I think that she is excited and I hope that it will help.  I know that she is probably wondering why so i hope that the above has explained it.      I happen to have the day after Halloween off so I have scheduled it for that Friday morning.

Everything else is going great.  i got some darts for my birthday from Kre and we spent some time shopping for clothes and whatever else I wanted (from parents).  I still have a little bit more shopping to do but I will do it after Kre is done with costumes.  Speaking of which, I need to get my armor done.  I only have about 3-4 hours left on it and Halloween is fast approaching.  Oh well, I will get it done sooner or later.

Well, I guess that is it for now.  Jacob is doing well and we are waiting for him to say his first words (he is ssssooooo close).  I called the doctor today to find out if they have received any test results back but I never heard back from him.  I guess I will get my father-in-law to help us out with this (doctor - pull strings) ...

Well, I am back...

It has been a pretty good day compared to last week.  I really enjoyed the weekend and was able to get a very nice release to life.  Friday night Kre & I went to dinner and then we met up with Chad and Ryan.  It was my night to drink (Kre told me it was ok) and I did a good job of it.  I was feeling pretty good and pretty out of it.  The one saving grace was that we went out to get a bite to eat afterwards.  However, Saturday night was a different story.  I got pretty out of it.  I was feeling somewhat sick to my stomach after we left the bar and went we picked up Jacob I felt like I was going to lose it.  I had a very acid filled stomach that night and come Sunday morning I though I was ok until about 11 am.  It was at this time when I lost it and paid my respects to the porcelain God...  I felt a lot better after that though.

I didn't do a lot on Sunday needless to say.  i had a slight headache for most of the day but it finally went away later that afternoon.  Sunday night was not too bad overall.  i was able to spend a little quite time with Kre and just relaxed.  It was a fun night too.. Kre and I got to watch her new copy of Beauty and the Beast.

I just wanted to write and fill you in on how I felt after the last time I wrote.
